Patricia and Roger fell in love with South Africa during their first visit in 1997 and have since experienced its beauty, diversity, and vibrant culture, including that of its neighboring states. As Dutch citizens who have lived and worked in multiple countries, we eventually chose to settle in Cape Town, where we purchased land and built our home.
Patricia (M.A., MBA) began her career in the mid-1980s as Head of Learning and Development at ING Bank in Maastricht, her birthplace and home for nearly three decades. In 1994, her relocation to Amsterdam marked the beginning of the nomadic lifestyle that she and Roger currently embrace. Today, Patricia is an executive coach specializing in leadership and team development. She works with corporate clients across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, helping to shape and enhance leadership strategies within organizations.
Roger (M.A., MRICS) brings over 25 years of international real estate experience, combining deep expertise with a proven track record in successfully executing business strategies and delivering a wide range of development projects. He has demonstrated excellence in sourcing and closing capital transactions, as well as leading cross-functional and regional teams across both private and public sectors in mature and emerging markets in Europe and Asia. Roger has a particular affinity for the cities he has lived and worked in, including Amsterdam, New York, Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, Istanbul, and Singapore.
